Track Your Order
Thank you for shopping with Novo Sabers! We know the anticipation of waiting for a new light saber arrival. So we make it easy for you to track your order every step of the way.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details as soon as you complete checkout. This confirms we have received your order.
Preparing Shipment
Next, your order will enter processing as we hand-pick each item at our warehouse and carefully package them up for you. This process typically takes 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and is ready to ship.
Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link for that shipment. Tracking links will vary by shipping carrier:
USPS: Your tracking number will link to the USPS tracking site where you can follow your shipment to delivery.
UPS: Likewise, UPS tracking numbers will link to the UPS tracking site for up-to-date shipment status.
FedEx: For FedEx shipments, your email will include a link to track that specific package on the FedEx site.
Other carriers: Tracking information for other shipping partners like DHL or Ontrac will be included in your emails as applicable.
Shipment Progress
Enter your tracking number on the carrier's website anytime to view latest shipment progress as it travels to you. Tracking shows where it originated, each stop along the route, and estimated delivery date.
Delivery Date Estimates
We provide delivery date estimates in good faith based on standard transit times. However, delays can occasionally occur during transit. Check tracking regularly as the shipping company's data will reflect your actual expected delivery date.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive email notification as soon as your order is delivered successfully. As you unpack arrivals, we ask for the courtesy of double-checking that contents have reached you intact; and should unfortunate issues become evident during that first inspection, know we swiftly offer solutions when informed.
International Orders
For international shipments, you will go through the same tracking process. However, packages may transfer between multiple carriers before arriving at your country's local delivery service. Each carrier should update tracking up until handoff to the next.
